Pre/Post Care

This is where you can get all tips, techniques and care advice after a beauty service.

It will be updated regularly but it takes time to put up sound advice which people can read and absorb, so if there is anything you would like to see here and it’s not here at the moment, please contact me and I’ll do my best to get it up next.

Spray Tan Tips – advice to let you know what to do, when to do it and how to maintain your spray tan for a longer lasting look.

For long lasting, fabulous looking Gelish, take a look at the  information on the Gelish Aftercare page.

For information on how to care for your feet in between your pedicure appointments you can find foot aftercare here.

If you have an acrylic nail service, then please do buy a good nail/cuticle oil to nourish your nails.  Just as you buy conditioner for your hair to maintain it’s shine and manageability, your nails need the same treatment too.  If nail/cuticle oil is not used regularly, then the acrylic will dry out, become brittle, and likely break off or start to come away from your natural nail (lifting).

You have paid for a service and you should have been advised of aftercare and have been given an aftercare sheet/leaflet.  The Technician is not responsible for what you do once you have left the salon, so is not held liable for any mishaps which may befall your nails.  This may be said for any other service you have which requires aftercare.

Follow the aftercare religiously and you will have sparkling nails which do not lift and will be a lot easier to re-balance at your next appointment.
