CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
Beauty Fusions reserves the right to charge 50% of the appointment value for appointments cancelled or broken without 24 hours advance notice. This will be requested through an invoice.
Beauty Fusions reserves the right to downgrade the service in the event of a late arrival.
In the event that the client has arrived so late that there isn’t sufficient time for a service, and as the late arrival is due to the client; the appointment becomes a “Late Cancellation” and he/she is still responsible for the “late cancellation fee”, Failure to make payment for cancelled appointments within less than 24hrs will result in the inability to book future appointments.
Should a client be repeatedly late; for example- three appointments in a row by 15min or more – Beauty Fusions reserves the right to refuse future appointments unless payment is received in full at the time of booking.
